Please note that your use of the Cain's Ballroom Merch website (the “Site”) and/or your purchase of products or services from Cain's Ballroom Merch constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Cain's Ballroom Merch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Site or purchase products and services from Cain's Ballroom Merch.

PAYMENT

Payment is due upon placing your order. Late payment fees may apply after 60 days of receiving your invoice. For payment related questions, please call us at 918-835-4330. We are open Monday - Friday, from 8am - 5pm CST (closed major holidays).

REFUNDS & RETURNS

All items are custom made to order, and are FINAL SALE. Any order discrepancies must be reported to us within 7 business days of your delivery date. Review your purchase carefully before ordering. The customer is responsible for selecting the correct items & entering the correct shipping address upon placing their order. We do not offer returns or exchanges, but we are here to make things right if something was done in our error. Your happiness is our priority.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes, if applicable, can only be used towards individual purchases made on tgipromo.com/cains-ballroom-merch. Discount codes cannot be applied towards custom items, or towards group and/or bulk orders. Only one code may be used at a time at checkout.

COLOR ACCURACY & GARMENT FIT

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Any questions or concerns (including garment sizing & fit) must be addressed with our team prior to placing your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We process orders promptly to ensure you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible. While we can't guarantee order changes or cancellations, we will do our best to help. Email or call us within 1 hour of placing your order, during business hours. Have your order and/or invoice number ready.

Shipping Policy, Individual Ecommerce Purchases

Items can take up to 10 business days to process before shipping (shipping time is additional). This is clearly labeled on each item and at checkout. Should additional processing time be necessary, this will be communicated to you (the "Buyer" and/or "Client") prior to checkout. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We do not suggest ordering items needed for strict delivery dates.
